1. Services
We provide home services in Houston, Texas and the surrounding areas, including television mounting, move-out repairs, interior painting, drywall repair, furniture assembly, and pressure washing. All work is subject to availability, scheduling, and the conditions found at the property. We may decline or stop work where it cannot be carried out safely or lawfully, and we will tell you why if that happens.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are not binding unless we have given them to you in writing. Published rates describe standard work in typical conditions. A final price may differ where the scope changes, where materials differ from what was assumed, or where conditions at the property are not as described to us. If something we find changes the price, we will tell you before continuing and agree it with you first.
3. Payments
This website does not collect payments. No card or bank details are taken through any page on this site. Payment is handled directly with us, away from the website, and is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Unpaid balances may be pursued through any lawful collection process.
4. Appointments and Access
You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area at the agreed time. Pets should be secured, and anything hazardous or fragile in the work area should be moved or pointed out to us before we start. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, tell us as early as you reasonably can and we will do the same.
5. Privacy
Information you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The text, images, layout, and other content on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own personal use. Copying, republishing, or reusing the content commercially without our written permission is not permitted.
7. Disclaimers
Except where we have agreed something specific in writing, services are provided as is. We do not guarantee particular outcomes or completion times unless that guarantee is written into the quote for your job. Manufactured items such as mounts, brackets, fixtures, and flat-pack furniture carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we do not extend or replace.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
